Len Lichvar

Chairman of the Stony Creek Conemaugh Improvement Project, Len Lichvar of Boswell has served as the District Manager of the Somerset Conservation District and is a freelance outdoor writer. Len served for 11 years on the Board of Commissioners of the PA Fish and Boat Commission, is a Board member and Stream Improvement Chairman for the Mountain Laurel Chapter of Trout Unlimited, a Board member of the Somerset County Conservancy and the Southern Alleghenies Conservancy, and is involved in a variety of local sportsman and community service organizations.

Water – clean water – has been his passion with the transformation of the Stony Creek and Conemaugh Rivers among his proudest achievements.
